This Terms of Service (hereinafter "Agreement") governs your (hereinafter "User") use of our mobile application (hereinafter "Application"). By using the Application, you fully accept the terms of this Agreement.
1. Description of the Service
1.1. The Application is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provided "as is" and is intended to assist scooter rental providers in managing their business. 1.2. The functionality includes the ability to maintain records of scooters, a client database, and rental orders. 1.3. Important: We only provide a management tool. We are not a party to any transactions between you and your clients (renters), we do not provide rental services, process payments, or offer insurance.
2. User's Responsibility
2.1. The User bears full and exclusive responsibility for conducting their business, including but not limited to: * The technical condition and legal operation of their scooters. * Entering into rental agreements with their clients. * Accepting and processing payments from their clients. * Arranging all necessary insurance policies (for scooters, third-party liability, etc.). * Compliance with local laws, including tax and personal data protection legislation. 2.2. The User agrees to upload only data to the Application for which they have a legal basis and the consent of the data subjects (their clients) for collection and processing.
3. Limitation of Company's Liability
3.1. Lightwheel Advisors Pte Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, disputes, claims, or damages arising from the interaction between the User and their clients. 3.2. We are not responsible for the security or accuracy of the data entered by the User. We recommend regularly backing up important information. 3.3. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Application and reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access to the service.
4. Use of the Application
4.1. The User agrees not to use the Application for illegal purposes. 4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login and password.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Application, including its code, design, and content, belong to Lightwheel Advisors Pte Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application in accordance with this Agreement.
6. Termination of Use
You may stop using the Application at any time. We reserve the right to block or delete your account if you violate the terms of this Agreement.
7. Final Provisions
We may make changes to this Agreement. We will notify you by publishing the new version in the Application or via email.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
